PURPOSE:To provide the outpatient reception system by which a patient can finish simply his reception procedure. CONSTITUTION:A card 10 in which patient's information containing a patient's full name, a doctor's consultation fee and a clinical record number is recorded in advance is used. A card reader 20 reads the patient's information from the card 10 and adds its read data and hour as the acceptance data and hour to the patient's information, and transmits the patient's information and the acceptance data and hour to the one concerned in each department terminal equipment 30a-30c installed in each consulting department, based on the doctor's consultation fee sontained in the patient's information, and on the other hand, transmits the patients's information containing at least the clinical record number to a clinical record room terminal equipment 40 installed in a clinical record room. Each department terminal equipment 30a-30c arranges and outputs the received patient's information in order of the received patient's information. The clinical record room terminal equipment 40 retrieves the clinical record concerned, based on the received patient's information. |
