<p>PURPOSE:To output the pulse of an arbitrary pulse width which is synchronized with an input pulse. CONSTITUTION:A low-pass filter 3 composed of R 1 and C 1 inputs an input pulse from an input end 1, rounds the waveform and outputs it. A comparator 5 composed of Q 7, Q 8, Q 9, I 1 and R 8 inputs the pulse outputted from the low-pass filter 3 and specified voltage VB, compares the potential and flows the result as current to Q 9 and R 8. A current mirror is performed for the current from Q 6 and R 5 to Q 5 and Q 4, and further to Q 1 and R 2. A comparator 4 composed of Q 1, Q 2, Q 3, Q 4, Q 5, Q 6, R 2, R 3, R 4 and R 5 inputs the input pulse and VB from the input end 1, compares the potential and outputs the result. The period when current flow in Q 4 and R 3 becomes the period when the potential is higher than that of the VB of the input pulse and IE flows. The current mirror to Q 10 and R 10 is performed for the current flowing in Q 4 and R 3 and the current is outputted as an output pulse to an output end 2.</p> |
