摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of power input by performing weighting by detecting factors of the noise level, the magnetic field strength and the integrating electrical quantity of an electric furnace and detecting the melt-down state of charging raw materials in the furnace on the basis of the fuzzy reasoning. CONSTITUTION:The noise level is measured from a microphone 4 through a noise meter 5 and a band pass filter 6, and the magnetic field strength is measured from a probe 8 by a gauss meter 9, so as to be input into a computer 7. In the computer 7, the fuzzy reasoning is performed by processing signals of the noise level and the magnetic field strength into the suitable form. The signal of the integraing electrical quantity is input into the computer 7 from a power inputting device 10 and used in the limit restriction for preventing the mulfunction. As a result of this reasoning, the electric power consumption rate is calculated, and respective parametes of the reasoning parts are adjusted by a learning function so that the value may become suitable. The higher- precision melt-down detection can be gradually performed by repeating this process by charge.</p>
