Accordingly, the released state of the first friction element can be properly controlled, thereby restricting the shock due to the speed change. The target speed changing time is set, based on turbine torque. In addition, since the fastening oil pressure of the second friction element on the fastening side is controlled based on the variation in the number of revolutions on the input side of a transmission, the fastening timing of the second friction element can be properly controlled, thereby restricting a timing lag.
