发明名称 SOLUTION CONCENTRATION MEASUREMENT METHOD AND MEASUREMENT DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To measure the concentration of solution with high accuracy by measuring the time of ultrasonic wave propagation between a reference substance and liquid as a measurement object, using a common part and circuit except a detector and a switch, and then comparing and calculating measurement results for relative treatment. CONSTITUTION:A standard substance and a solution as the measurement object are respectively introduced to detectors I and II (steps 1 and 5), and a switch 10 is changed over to emit an ultrasonic wave from ultrasonic wave receiving/transmitting elements 3 and 7. A reflective wave from the bottom of the detectors I and II is received by the elements 3 and 7, and an ultrasonic wave propagation time is calculated by an ultrasonic circuit. Also, a signal from the temperature measurement elements 4 and 8 of both detectors I and II is converted into temperature information via a temperature measurement device and sent to a computing element. Thereafter, the concentration of the solution as a measurement object is calculated in combination with information on the ultrasonic wave propagation time sent from the ultrasonic wave circuit and, then, displayed or recorded. A calculation or information regarding the ultrasonic wave propagation time between the reference substance and the measurement object is thus carried out or processed by use of common parts and circuits. As a result, the common section of a drift and a steady error appears in a measurement result to the same extent. According to this construction, the concentration of the solution can be measured with high accuracy.
