PURPOSE:To attain stable decoding without resulting in deterioration 10 picture quality by the processor in which added and multiplexed data quantity is not limited by a block size and an area of a picture, much more added data are multiplexed in a predetermined area of the picture and it is not required to reduce the block size depending on the data quantity. CONSTITUTION:A block processing unit 105 converts sequence of picture data and provides an output to an adder 106. The added data are received by a multiplier 109 via a parallel serial converter 108 from an input terminal 107. The multiplier 109 receives a signal from a modulation signal generator 110 and multiplies the two signals with each other and the product is outputted to the adder 106. Then the adder 106 adds picture data and added data, then the processing of a 1st multiplex processing section 120 finishes, the picture data are outputted to a 2nd multiplex processing section 121, in which added data are similarly multiplexed. |
