<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the painting reject rate while avoiding the deterioration in particle paint when an electronic component having lead wires protruding from both ends of the body part thereof is coated with the particle paint. CONSTITUTION:A ring type trough body 4 having an upward aperture part is arranged beneath a transport channel 1 supporting a lead wire R2 of an electronic component R so that a part of the trough body 4 may be overlapped with the transport channel 1 in planar view. At this time, the aperture surface of the trough body 4 is formed in a conical surface. Either one or both of the turning axial line of the trough body 4 and the transport channel 1 are tilted seen from the transport direction of the electronic component R so that the aperture surface on the lower part of the transport channel 1 out of the trough body 4 and the electronic component R may be set up to be in parallel with each other seen from the transport direction of the electronic component R. Finally, the trough body 4 is turned to pass through while bringing the electronic component R in contact with the particle paint F inside the trough body 4.</p> |
