CONSTITUTION:After one side of a three-dimensional foaming metal substrate 1 is charged with a synthetic resin fluid applied and dried, the substrate is charged with a positive pole active material paste, dried and rolled. A paste type nickel plate, having a surface layer 1a of charging the one side of the three-dimensional foaming metal substrate 1 with synthetic resin, is manufactured. |
