PURPOSE:To constitute the device so that transcription control data for controlling a transcribing position of transcribed data to be transcribed to a business form can be prepared interactively, while confirming an image of a transferred business form. CONSTITUTION:A transcription control data generating part 1 displays the image of a business form in a business form file 7 on a CRT 3, and also, displays transcribed data in a transcribed data file 6 for holding transcribed data of the same kind as that of a transcribed data file 8 to be transcribed actually, in a transcribing position indicated with a mouse 5, on the displayed business form, generates transcription control data for showing the transcribing position of each transcribed data, based on the transcribing position of the displayed transcribed data, and outputs it to a transcription control data file 9. A transcription control executing part 2 prepares a transcribed business form 10 in which the transcribed data in the transcribed data file 8 is transcribed to the business form, based on the business form image in the business form file 7 and the transcribed control data in the transcription control data file 9. |
