PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive compsn. capable of application in a uniform film thickness. CONSTITUTION:A polyester having mol.wt. of 7.000 is produced by dehydrating and condensing 0.5mol perfluorooctanesulfonic acid diethanolamide, polyethylene glycol having mol.wt. of 200 and 1mol succinic anhydride. This polyester is added to a compsn. prepd. by dissolving an ester compd. of 1,2-naphthoquinone-2- diazido-5-sulfonyl chloride with pyrogallol-acetone resin, cresol-formaldehyde resin and a dye in an org. solvent to obtain the objective photo-sensitive compsn. This compsn. can be applied in a uniform film thickness without pinholes or unevenness and a printing plate having satisfactory ink receptivity is obtd. |
