PURPOSE:To obtain a master plate having excellent printing durability and high sensitivity by incorporating specified several compds. into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer contains at least each one compd. of two ester compds. One is obtd. by partially crosslinking a compd. having at least one structure expressed by formula I with a polyfunctional crosslinking agent and then estrifying the compd. with a quinonediazide compd. The other is obtd. by partially crosslinking a compd. having at least one structure expressed by formula II with a polyfunctional crosslinking agent and then partially estrifying the compd. with a quinonediazide compd. In formulae I and II, R1 is at least one element selected from sulfur atom, substd. or unsubstd. nitrogen atom, substd. or unsubstd. carbon atom, and substd. or unsubstd. silicon atom. R2-R5 are substituents and may be the same or different from each other. |
