PURPOSE:To enable reproduction of picture images faithful for negative or positive films by incorporating specified several compds. into a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:A compd. expressed by formula I and at least one compd. expressed by formula II, III and IV are incorporated into the photosensitive layer. In formula I-IV, each of R1-R3 is at least one kind selected from among hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, hydroxyl, group, nitro group, amino group, mercapto group, cyano group, sulfonyl group, nitroso group, a subst. or unsubstd. alkyl group of 1-100 carbon number, alkoxy group, aryloxy group, etc., (n) is an integer 0-50. A part of R4 is hydrogen atom and other R4 is quinone diazide group. R5 is at least one kind selected from among hydroxyl group, an alkali metal oxide group, halogen atom, amino group, mercapto group, alkenyloxy group, aryloxy group, etc. |
