PURPOSE:To prevent information from being misheard by outputting proper speech information in consideration of the load (attentiveness) of a driver which is required to drive a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:The state in front of the vehicle, the state of a road surface, and the travel state of the vehicle are detected and on the basis of their detection signals, the driving operation-load LOP is calculated (S1). When the LOP value is less than a 1st specific load LOP1, normal speech information output is performed (S4). When the LOP value is larger than the specific load LOP1 and less than a 2nd specific load LOP2 (>LOP1), only important information is outputted (S5) with larger sound volume. When the LOP value is larger than the 2nd specific load LOP2, only an alarm is outputted (S6) with much larger sound volume. |
