PURPOSE:To perform formation in a small area for which isolation is improved by turning the thickness of a grounding conductor line larger than the one of a conductor line and providing a projection part extended to the side of the conductor lines on the upper end part of the grounding conductor line. CONSTITUTION:A first conductor line 2 and a second conductor line 3 composed of Au or the like for transmitting microwaves are separately formed on the surface of a substrate 1. In the center part of the surface of the substrate 1 between the first conductor line 2 and the second conductor line 3, the grounding conductor line 4 composed of the Au or the like whose cross-sectional shape is an approximate T-shape and thickness is larger than the one of the conductor lines 2 and 3 is formed. In this case, an electric field from the first conductor line 2 to the second conductor line 3 concentrates in the projection part 4a on the side of the first conductor line 2 at the upper end part of the grounding conductor line 4 due to a property that electric charge concentrates in a conductor tip part. Thus, the electric field generated by the signal voltage of the first conductor line 2 hardly reaches the second conductor line 3 and influence on the signal voltage of the second conductor line 3 becomes extremely small. |
