PURPOSE:To improve the reliability by holding a file state even if a period between processings is long, in the system for executing intermittently a series of processings of input, collation, investigation, registration, etc., of information. CONSTITUTION:A storage device of a magnetic disk, etc., is provided with a process control information storage part 21 in which a reference value for deciding whether each file is useable or not at every processing in the process is registered, and a file process state storage part 22 for storing a process state for discriminating the present state of recording information at every file. At the time of actuating each processing, a schedule control information input means 11 inputs the reference value of the file to be used, and a file process state deciding means 12 retrieves the process state of the file to be used, compares it with the reference value and decides whether it is allowable to start the processing or not. In the case the start can be executed, a file process state updating means 13 updates the file process state storage part 22 at the time of start and end. After confirming the end of the previous processing, the next processing is started. With a file process state display means 14, the present process state of each file can be displayed. |
