摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To rotate a drum cell without being interfered by a door with a simple structure and positively detect the erroneous insertion of a medium by providing a lock mechanism for prohibiting the traveling of the door at a position where the rotation of a rotary drum cell cannot be prevented. CONSTITUTION:When a reproduction recording medium 50 is placed at a cell 52 of a rotary drum cell 51 and a door 56 is closed, a medium protrusion detection plate 58 pushes the rear end face of the medium 50. When the door 56 is further closed, the engagement between a fixed lock nib 72 and a lock nib 70 is canceled and the nib 70 contacts a first erected wall part again. At this time, a leader block 80 of the medium 50 contacts a push-in protrusion 81, thus setting the block 80 to a normal position of the medium. Then, when the force for closing the door 56 is canceled, the door 56 rotates in open direction and the nib 72 is pressed against the nib 70, thus resulting in locked state. Then, the rotary drum 51 is rotated and driven but the door 56 will not interfere with the drum 51. Also, when the medium 50 is inserted into the cell 52 by mistake, the corner of the medium 50 contacts the oblique surface of the cell 52, thus prohibiting insertion and opening the door 56 and hence reporting erroneous insertion.</p>
