<p>PURPOSE:To inhibit setting of a detour route passing a CTP for customer control by removing an STS-1 signal terminal point (CTP) assigned for customer control from the registration object to register CTPs in a standby channel list. CONSTITUTION:A customer control CTP register processing part 111 of a network management device (NMS) registers the CTP assigned for customer control in a cross connect device (DCS) 31. An autonomous distributed bypass setting processing (TRANS) agent of a DCS control part 311 reads out the user reservation state which each CTP management object 314 has. if the pertinent CTP is in the reserved state, the DCS corresponding to its identifier is excluded from a TRANS standby channel list 313. When some communication fault occurs in an optical communications network, a TRANS 312 selects CTPs constituting a detour route from the standby channel list 313.</p> |
