<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a color filter having high reliability and high sensitivity with good workability in a short production process by using an acryl resin having a specified compsn. and using a mixture of an azide compd. and an imidazol compd. as the main component of the photosensitive material. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive colored compsn. essentially consists of acryl resin, org. dyes, dispersant, photopolymerizable monomers, photosensitive agent and solvent. The acryl resin is a copolymer consisting of monomers expressed by formulae I-III with the compsn. ratio of 10-20 pts.wt., 30-40 pts.wt. and 40-55 pts.wt., respectively. A mixture of an azide compd. and an imidazole compd. is used as the main component of the photosensitive agent. In formulae I-III, each of R1-R3 is H or CH3 and R4 is an alkyl group of 1-5 carbon number. Further, one or more compds. such as 4,4'-diazidestilbene-2,2'-sodium disulfonate are incorporated into the azide compd. as the essential component of the photosensitive agent.</p> |
