PURPOSE:To make a device compact, light in weight and inexpensive by simplification of structure thereof by obtaining such constitution that a switching element for driving lighting is used also as a switching element for fusing. CONSTITUTION:A fusible element on a drum unit 1 side is constituted of a fuse resistance 15, for example, and connected to an LED group 12 and a current restriction resistance 14 which are serially connected in parralel. Then, the resistance 15 is fitted to a substrate 11 together with the resistance 14. Besides, voltage dividing resistances R1 and R2 on a main body 6 side forming the other one part are connected to the switching element for driving lighting Q10 in parallel. That means, the element Q10 is used in common except the switching element for fusing Q20. In other words, the element Q20 is used also as the element Q10. |
