PURPOSE:To shorten the time for a business form reoutput processing, to decrease the number of medium for executing a saving processing of data, and also, to reoutput a business form of only a requested department. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a business form data program 11 for preparing business form data consisting of a department code record having a business form code and data of an output reference day and a business form data record, a business form data holding file 14 for registering business form data prepared thereby, a business form management file 15 for registering management data for retrieving the business form data registered therein, a business form output parameter input device 16 for inputting a business form output parameter for designating the department code record and the department record in order to output a business form, and a business form output program 17 for retrieving the business form management file 15, based on the business form output parameter inputted thereby, reading out the business form data registered in the business form data holding file 14 by this retrieved management data and giving it to a printer 18. |
