<p>PURPOSE:To attain the high dimensional accuracy of a pattern, positional accuracy of the pattern and superposing accuracy by forming an electrostatic latent image, thereafter, sticking toner particles on an electrophotoreceptor in accordance with the electrostatic latent image and forming a desired pattern. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotoreceptor is electrostatically charged on a substrate where an electrophotoreceptive layer provided with an organic photoconductive layer is formed, the electrophotoreceptor is selectively exposed so as to form the electrostatic latent image. And the toner 13 is stuck to the electrophotoreceptor in accordance with the electrostatic latent image so as to form the pattern 14, and then, the substrate with the pattern 14 formed is baked so as to remove the organic photoconductive layer, then, the desired pattern 14 made of the toner 13 is obtained. As for the toner, inorganic pigment as coloring material and low-melting glass powder are dispersed into binder resin in the case of, for example, a color filter for PDP(plasma display), meanwhile, conductive powder such as Ag and Pd powder are dispersed into the binder resin in the case of a wiring pattern for a circuit, and the particulate toner is used in this case.</p> |
