PURPOSE:To increase the coercive force by adding heavy rare earth elements such as Dy, Tb, Ho, etc., simultaneously suppressing the decline in the residual magnet flux density due to the addition of the heavy rare earth elements to the utmost. CONSTITUTION:Within the title rare earth permanent magnet composed of the main phase mainly comprising R2T14B crystal grains (R: one or exceeding two kinds of rare earth elements, T: one or exceeding two kinds of transistion metals) as well as the main component phase comprising R rich phase (R: one or exceeding two kinds of rare earth elements), a heavy rare earth element is to be distributed at least in three positions in high concentration inside R2T14B crystal grains. |
