PURPOSE:To provide an acceleration sensor of which accuracy and reliability are improved by constituting the circuit so as to operate automatically by using a control circuit. CONSTITUTION:In an acceleration sensor which has a detecting part 1 to detect acceleration and generates output voltage in proportion to the acceleration by imparting/processing the signal to/in an electric circuit part 2 and an output matching circuit 11, an output characteristic is calculated from input three points of the sensor by using a CPU 4, a RAM 6, a ROM 5 or the like so that the output voltage becomes preset voltage corresponding to the acceleration, and the characteristic and preset output voltage are made to correspond to each other with every acceleration, and the output matching circuit 11 is constituted so that the respective preset output voltages are outputted to the respective accelerations, and a sensor circuit is constituted. |
