<p>PURPOSE:To provide the active matrix type liquid crystal element capable of preventing the degradation in display grade by suppressing the influence that a change in a common signal exerts on the video signal held in a holding capacity part. CONSTITUTION:The video signal from a sample-hold circuit 2 is inputted by a data output switch 10 to a source line 7 and the video signal is held at a point where the source line 7 and a gate line 9 intersect with each other. At this time, the source line 7 is capacity-coupled to an auxiliary capacitance 21 and the video signal is fluctuated by the change in the common signal 13 but a storage capacitance 1 is disposed between the source line 7 and GND and, therefore, the fluctuation thereof is suppressed.</p> |
