PURPOSE:To easily arrange and preserve a photographic image according to additional information attached to that image and to reduce failure in the case of photographing the image. CONSTITUTION:At the image recording and reproducing device composed of an image photographing part and an image preserving and display part, the image photographing part 103 is provided with a means for applying the additional information concerning the photographic image to that image when photographing the photographic image. Further, the image preserving and display part is provided with a means for displaying the photographic image based on the additional information when displaying that image. On the other hand, the image photographing part adopts a system for electronically fetching the image information as data by using a device such as a CCD (charge coupling device) without using any silver salt film. Since the additional information is defined as data, it can be uniformly handled. The image preserving and display part is provided with a storage part for data so as to preserve image data or the like and the image display part so as to electronically display the image in the form of an album. |
