A plastering machine comprises a mortar-spraying device with mortar pump, a drive motor and an adjustable V-belt mechanism with a belt pulley comprising two conical discs, one disc of which can be displaced axially with respect to the other by a piston/cylinder unit in order to change the belt-wrap angle. The piston/cylinder unit (30) is connected directly to the axially displaceable disc (16) such that the axially displaceable disc is coupled in the axial direction to the drive member (32, 34) of the piston/cylinder unit, but, in the rotational direction, is independent thereof, and that the piston/cylinder unit (30) is designed as a double-action piston/cylinder unit. <IMAGE>
