PURPOSE:To ensure continuation of the minimum necessary operation in case the common bus is monitored and some fault is detected in the microcomputer system, by switching and connecting the unit necessary for the degeneration action of the system to the auxiliary bus. CONSTITUTION:Monitor unit 15 monitors whether using bus 5 is in the release state or not, and gives the bus switching order to bus switching unit 14 accompanied to each unit necessary for execution of the minimum necessary operation for the system in case bus 5 is not released. Thus, the connection of each unit is switched to auxiliary bus 13 from bus 5. In this case, unit 15 gives the interruption request to processor unit 1 to inform the switching of the bus, and thus unit 1 starts the degeneration action for the system with reception of the interruption request. |
