PURPOSE:To achieve the reduction of power consumption at the resetting of the watch by opening the power source at dynamic frequency dividing part and fixing the input potential of static frequency dividing part at the resetting. CONSTITUTION:When a reset switch 6 is closed, the gate potential of an N type MOS transistor 103 becomes of the same potential as the driving potential of the transistor 103, then the transistor 103 goes OFF and dynamic frequency dividing part 2 is held open. On the other hand, the input potential at the initial stage of static frequency dividing part is fixed by way of inverters 101, 102, NAND gate 104. As a rsult, the frequency dividing parts 2, 3 do not consume electric power at the resetting and wasteful power consumption is prevented. |
