摘要 The present invention provides an automatic correction control system for characteristics of a throttle-valve position sensor. The system is suitable for use with an automatic transmission in which each gear-change solenoid is controlled by an electronic control device in accordance with a vehicle-speed signal and a throttle-valve opening signal. The system has: the sensor (24) for detecting a voltage value corresponding to a throttle-valve opening, a storage device (29) containing voltage values corresponding to a throttle-valve opening of 0% and 100%, a comparison device for comparing the voltage values detected by the throttle-valve position sensor with the stored voltage values, and a correction device for widening the range between the voltage values stored in the storage device by a small value if it is established that the voltage value detected is greater or smaller than both voltage values for the purpose of correcting the voltage values in the storage device using the upper and lower limiting values of the range thus widened as new voltage values for the throttle-valve opening of 0% and 100% and for the purpose of subsequently storing the voltage values thus corrected in the storage device, a throttle-valve opening based on the new voltage values stored in the storage device...
