<p>A monoclonal antibody that reacts with a human soluble fibrin but not with a human fibrinogen; a hybridoma that secretes the above antibody; and a method of assaying a human soluble fibrin with the above antibody. It is possible to determine the content of soluble fibrin in the plasma of a patient specifically, readily and rapidly by agglutination and EIA without being affected by plasma fibrinogen, plasmin hydrolysis product of fibrinogen, fibrin fragment, and plasmin hydrolysis product of stabilized fibrin even without pretreating the plasma sample.</p> |
