<p>Administration of corticotropin-releasing factor to patients suffering from one of the chronic inflammatory arthritides, such as rheumatoid arthritis, reduces episodic acute inflammatory responses to the chronic disease. Doses of administered CRF in accordance with the invention give anti-inflammatory results in a dose responsive manner even in well-established disease.</p> |
