The invention relates to an encapsulated glazing 1, 12, in particular for a sunroof. This glazing comprises a transparent, monolithic or laminated substrate 4, 13 surrounded on at least part of its periphery, by a reinforced plastic material 5, 14 obtained by encapsulation of the substrate. This plastic material is, according to the invention, based on a low shrinkage resin reinforced by reinforcement fibres and it has a flexural strength greater than 7000 MPa and, preferably, greater than 10000 MPa. <IMAGE> |
