PURPOSE:To provide a means capable of surely peeling dried laver from a laver drainboard in a laver peeling device for sucking the laver drainboard on the top of a box to peel laver. CONSTITUTION:A laver drainboard 23 is pressed down by a first, a second and a third pressing parts 61, 62 and 63 to peel laver at the edge parts of dried laver 24. Then the central part of the laver drainboard 23 is pressed down only by the first pressing part 61 to peel laver at the middle part and finally the first, the second and the third pressing parts are totally raised to peel laver at the central part. The top of a box 31 for sucking the laver drainboard 23 in vacuum is bent in an upward projected state in the transportation direction N3 of the laver drainboard 23 so that peeling operation is carried out neither to shrink nor to crack the dried laver 24. |
