PURPOSE:To simplify a sewing work so as to produce air bags efficiently in the case of stacking two sheets of clothes and forming a side face three- dimensionally so as to manufacture air bags of large capacity. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower clothes 5, 7 respectively provided with the upper half 4 and the lower half 6 of the side face 3 of an air bag are stacked, and the upper and the lower halves 4, 6 of these side faces are folded between the upper and lower parts 1, 2 of the air bag or thereon into z shapes respectively, and free side edges 4a, 6a of the upper and lower halves 4, 6 of these stacked side face are sewn, and the upper and lower sides 1, 2 and the upper edges 1b, 2b, 3b and the lower edges 1c, 2c, 3c of the folded side face 3 are sewn together respectively. |
