PURPOSE: To obtain a water-dispersible granule suitable for controlling insects and acarids, having high natural dispersibility and extremely excellent storage stability and providing effects of an extremely small amount of wet sieving residue. CONSTITUTION: This water-dispersible granule contains a compound of the formula (A and B are each CH, CR4 or N; X is CH2 , O or S; Y is CH or Z: Z is H or F; R1 and R4 are each H, a halogen, a 1-3C alkyl, a 1-3C halogenoalkyl, a 1-3C alkoxy, a 1-3C halogenoalkoxy, a 1-3C alkylthio, a 1-3C halogenoalkylthio or R1 and R4 are bonded to form CH2 O-CH2 ; R2 is H, a 1-3C alkyl, ethyl, vinyl, a halogen or CN; R3 is H, a halogen, a 1-3C alkyl or a 1-3C alkoxy). The granule is mixed with 30-110 wt.% based on the amount of the compound of finely dispersed highly adsorbable silica, a proper wetting agent, a dispersant, aluminum silicate, magnesium aluminum silicate and a mono-, a di-or a trisaccharide of 1.8-3 times as much as the silica to give the objective water-dispersible granule.
