PURPOSE:To obtain a taste improver for potassium-containing beverages having effect to improve the unpleasant taste while retaining salty taste of potassium- containing drink. CONSTITUTION:This taste-improver for potassium-containing beverages contains ingredients derived from mushroom. These ingredients include natural and/or artificially cultured mushrooms, their powders, extracts thereof, cultured materials in the form of fruit bodies or mycelia and their filtrates. The extract include an extracted a liquid extracted with hot water or an organic solvent, their treated materials obtained by subjecting the liquid to post-treatment such as decoloration, deodorization, powdering. |
