PURPOSE:To easily grasp the cleaning condition by jetting the sewage, which is stagnated inside of a buried pipe between manholes, to agitate and mix the sludge and water, and draining the agitated water again from the manhole to the ground, and separating the agitated water into sludge and water, and returning the water into the buried pipe. CONSTITUTION:Manholes A are arranged in an existing buried pipe, and a space between two manholes A is set as one block, and each plug device 8, which is formed by installing an elastic rubber outside of a cylindrical body, is provided upstream and downstream of the manholes A. Next, compressed air is sent to clearance between the cylindrical body and the elastic rubber of the plug device 8 to expand the rubber so as to abut on the inner wall of the buried pipe 12 and cut the sewage 13. The sewage 13 is stored inside of the buried pipe 12 of the block, in which the sewage is cut. The sewage is jetted by a jetting device 1 to agitate the sludge 14 accumulated in the buried pipe 12, and the agitated water is drained to a branch device 10, which is provided on the ground, by a water suction pump 7. Furthermore, the agitated water is separated into the sludge 14 and the water by a separating device 10, and only the water is circulated through the manhole A. |
