PROCESS AND DEVICE FOR DEODORIZING GAS CONTAINING MALODOR

PURPOSE:To deodorize gas containing malodor and humidity and simultaneously prepare odorless and clean purified water stably for a long time by utilizing a decomposition process of microbes. CONSTITUTION:Gas 2 containing malodor is exposed in the vicinity of liquid level of active sludge microbe suspension water, and water phase passing gas is deodorized completely by passing the gas through a microbe immobilization bed 5. Clean purified water 10b is discharged from the upper section of water phase to the outside of a system, and sludge fractions are sprayed from the water phase bottom to the microbe immobilization bed to cool the microbes. The gas containing malodor and humidity is deodorized at high speed by the arrangement, and odorous drain as humidity source is also treated simultaneously to keep stably the function of discharging the drain as clean pure water not containing microbe flocks for a long time.
