<p>PURPOSE:To recycle and reuse waste tiles as resources without necessitating large equipment investment and running energy by efficiently producing a non- fired tiles or blocks. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 60-90wt.% material containing the tiles, discharged as the industrial waste, as the main component of an aggregate with 10-40wt.% calcium silicate or calcium aluminate powder <=100mesh in particle size and 0-5.0wt.% inorganic pigment is kneaded with water to solidify. As a result, the recycling and effective utilization of the waste tiles as resources is enabled. And the non-fired tiles or blocks are produced without necessitating the large equipment investment such as a firing furnace and without using the energy for molding and firing. And producing time is extremely reduced compared to fired tiles by conventional method.</p> |
