<p>PURPOSE:To provide a prominently flexible composite flexible hose in which an innermost layer is bonded to an intermediate rubber layer without employing any adhesive agent layer. CONSTITUTION:A composite flexible hose is constituted of an innermost layer 2, an intermediate rubber layer 3, a fiber reinforced layer 4 and an outer surface rubber layer 5, which are laminated sequentially from the inner side of the hose, where the innermost layer 2 is constituted of a modified polyamide obtained by blending polyamide with modified polyolefin containing carboxyl group. The intermediate rubber layer 3 is constituted of a rubber composite obtained by blending 100 pts.wt of material rubber, consisting of butyl rubber and halogenated butyl rubber which are blended with the weight ratio of 50/50-0/100, with 10-50 pts.wt. of silicic acid or silicate and 5-15 pts.wt. of bromide alkylphenol formaldehyde resin while the composite flexible hose 1 can be obained by vulcanizing respective layers after laminating them.</p> |
