PURPOSE:To reduce wave force of sea water by laying out sphere-shaped solid void structures which twist irregularly linear thermoplastic raw materials as sea blocks or artificial coral reefs. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic raw materials, such as molten polypropylene and polyethylene are inserted into an extruder. A linear thermoplastic raw material is extruded from the front of the extruder. The linear thermoplastic raw material is arranged to pass trough a liquid refrigerant. When the passing the raw material, adjoining linear thermoplastic raw materials are twisted irregularly on the basis of the application of their light specific weight. At the same time, they are welded with each other, thereby providing a sphere- shaped solid void structure 6. More specifically, they are laid out underwater with a rope 13 and an anchor 12. When sea water passes through the sphere shaped solid void structure 6, it is possible to reduce sea water energy with a surface friction force. |
