PURPOSE:To obtain a soil-improving material high in a soil-improving effect from shirasu and Phyllostachys pubeseens as raw materials. CONSTITUTION:Clay 3 is adhered to the surfaces of shirasu particles, and carbon powder produced from Phyllostachys pubescens is further adhered to the surface of the clay. Thereby, the soil-improving material is easily added, dispersed and used in an agricultural field, and since the carbon powder 4 has strongly be adhered to the surfaces of the shirasu particles 2 with the clay as a binder, the carbon powder is substantially not scattered, lost and washed away with winds and rain water. And, since the soilimproving material has high air permeability and waterholdability, the soil-improving material has the excellent action in cooperation with the soil-improving action of the carbon powder 4. |
