<p>PURPOSE:To provide a canister, by which gas purging from a fuel tank during fueling is carried out without depending on outside air temperature or a vehicle traveling condition and fuel can be stably and smoothly supplied. CONSTITUTION:A canister captures fuel gas from a fuel tank 20 or the like in two stages. The first adsorbing chamber 12 primarily adsorbing the fuel gas and the second adsorbing chamber 14 secondarily adsorbing the fuel gas, which is not adsorbed in the first adsorbing chamber 12 and permeates it, are provided, and the first adsorbing chamber 12 is provided with the first introducing port 16, which introduces the fuel gas during fueling, and the second introducing port, 18, which introduces the fuel gas during a stop of a vehicle (excepting fueling time). The first adsorbing chamber 12 is divided into the first port facing chamber 32 facing the first introducing port, 16 and the second port facing chamber 33 facing the second introducing port 18.</p> |
