PURPOSE:To provide outer packaging thermal plastic resin composite material which can enhance the smoothness of a surface. CONSTITUTION:Outer packaging thermal plastic resin composite material 1 is made up of a main body layer 2 composed of the thermal plastic resin composite material reinforced by continuous fibers, and of a surface layer 3 composed only of thermal plastic resin identical in material to the main body layer 2 laminated over the surface of the main body layer 2. By this constitution, since no reinforcing member composed of the continuous fibers is included in the surface layer, the surface is smoothed, and its appearance is thereby enhanced.
