<p>Thermosettable epoxy resin mixt. curable at room temp. comprises: (a) 100 pts. by wt. of epoxy resin, and (b) 20-50 pts by wt. of an aminomethylated diphenyl oxide:- Curing agent (b) increases pot life, lowers exotherm peak by 60-70 deg.C, provides lighter castings of cured resin and has less tendency to skin irritation. As adhesives, reinforced plastics, coating and potting cpds. and for embedding electrical and electronic equipment, or filament winding.</p> |
