<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the term of work, and to reduce cost by adopting a precast concrete member for the protective construction of a buried pipe. CONSTITUTION:An excavated ditch is dug along an excavating line 4 at a buried place, a precast concrete plate 2 is installed horizontally on the bottom of the ditch, and a buried pipe l is placed horizontally on the plate 2. A U-shaped precast concrete template 3 is lowered to form an inverted V shape from an upper section and the buried pipe 1 is covered with the template 3, and both ends of the template 3 are fitted and fixed into fitting grooves 8 formed in the precast concrete plate 2. Back-filling soil 5 is introduced into the excavated ditch, and the ground is compacted and levelled. Levelling concrete 7 is placed on the ground, the assembly of forms, the arrangement of reinforcing bars and the placing of concrete are conducted on the levelling concrete 7 in a normal manner, thus constructing a footing foundation 6.</p> |
