PURPOSE:To enhance printing register accuracy and printing surface effect by stabilizing the running of paper not only to eliminate the expansion of the running paper in the lateral direction thereof but also to relax strain and vibration. CONSTITUTION:Running paper straight-feed rollers 16 guiding the running paper trained thereover are respectively arranged at the positions close to printing cylinders on the running paper inlet and outlet sides of the printing cylinders 8, 9, 10, 11 of perfecting units 3, 4, 5, 6 arranged side by side and a plurality of ridge crossing the axes of the rollers 16 at a right angle are formed on the surfaces of the rollers so as to provide an interval in the axial direction of the rollers. |
