<p>PURPOSE:To improve strength by crushing used insulators for waste electric paths and using the crushed pieces from which metallic piece parts are removed as aggregate. CONSTITUTION:The crushed pieces obtd. by subjecting the used insulators of the waste electric paths to primary crushing with an impeller breaker 3 and removing the metallic piece parts, then transporting the crushed piece parts by a bucket elevator 4, sieving the crushed pieces with a sieve 5, processing the crushed pieces larger than a grain size 5mm with a super sander 6 and transporting and storing the crushed pieces obtd. by sieving 5 into a storage tank 8 with a bucket elevator 7. Mortar concrete is obtd. by kneading such aggregate, cement, water, etc.</p> |
