PURPOSE:To perform blow molding so as to eliminate flashes from a part of a peripheral portion of a molding. CONSTITUTION:Blow molds have a first mold 11 and a second mold 12, which form faces corresponding to an outer shape of a molding, and a third mold 15 is projected by a spring member 16 as compared with the first mold 11 and is supported on the first mold 11 so as to be slidably movable on the end face of the first mold 11. It is so set that molding forming faces and the outside of the molds are shut off by allowing the third mold 15 projected to abut against the second mold 12 prior to the clamping of the molds. Further, parisons 17 are located in a position slightly far from the third mold 15, whereby the molds can also be clamped. As a result, less flashes are caused as compared with conventional molding means, and a deflashing process can be reduced. Accordingly, flash lines become small, and the appearance quality of the molding can be improved. |
