PURPOSE:To provide the sheet so designed that the surface releasability of a sheetlike base material is suppressed to enhance the peel strength of a coating layer or laminated film thereon, prevented from sticking to the other party with the chief surface acclimatizability retaiped, and capable of easily forming marks etc., not affected by heat on the chief surface of the sheetlike base material. CONSTITUTION:High-density, highly oriented expanded graphite particles 1a1 on the chief surface of a sheetlike base material 11 prepared by pressure molding of expanded graphite 1 are partly removed by e.g. blasting; or the folded layers of said expanded graphite particles are expandedly opened to a raised state.
